- Vision insurance We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to support client intake, clinical compliance, caregiver competency oversight, and ongoing client management on an as-needed basis.
- This role provides flexible scheduling based on client volume and agency needs.

- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments (in-home or virtual)
- * Compliance & Clinical Oversight
- Ensure compliance with Minnesota home care regulations
- * Caregiver Competency & Training
- Conduct competency evaluations and skills assessments
- * Clinical Support
- Provide phone guidance for urgent care questions
- * Required Qualifications
- Active Minnesota RN license
