With Pebl, companies everywhere can hire great talent anywhere. Where Your Work Moves the Needle. At Pebl, every team member drives our success. Joining us means more than filling a role—you're accountable for results and impact. Our values guide how we operate, execute, and collaborate across borders. By putting them into action, you'll help us scale faster, compete harder, and lead the future of global work. The People Experience Partner (PxP) plays a critical role in delivering a best-in-class employee experience by facilitating employee lifecycle processes, supporting organizational effectiveness, and serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. This role combines operational excellence with strategic partnership, ensuring consistent, timely, and compliant execution of HR processes while driving engagement, development, and business outcomes. With strong attention to detail, cultural competence, and a service-oriented mindset, the PxP is both a tactical partner and consultative advisor—bridging global standards with local requirements to create seamless, people-centered solutions. How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Act as a consultative partner to leaders, providing day-to-day guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, team effectiveness, and career development.
  • Oversee and execute end-to-end People lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job data changes, and employment verifications.
  • Partner closely with leaders across functions to address performance management, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and involuntary terminations, partnering with internal Legal counsel as needed.
  • Support workforce changes, including organizational redesigns and reductions in force (RIFs), ensuring compliance and clear documentation.
  • Leverage workforce and HRIS data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, applying insights to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional People projects, initiatives, and global programs that enhance organizational culture and employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all HR platforms, ensuring 100% data accuracy across employee files and systems (e.g., ADP).
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries within the case/ticketing system; own each case from start to resolution in line with established SLAs.
  • Provide administrative support for cyclical People processes such as audits, engagement surveys, merit increases, and bonus cycles.
  • Ensure global compliance with local labor laws and data privacy regulations through accurate documentation and data handling.
  • Escalate specialized or complex inquiries to appropriate teams (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Legal, or Talent Acquisition).
  • Monitor eligibility-to-work documentation and other legal requirements across global jurisdictions.
  • Conduct peer checks for all lifecycle transactions and provide back-up support to ensure service continuity in team absences.
  • Champion a seamless employee experience by maintaining high levels of responsiveness, discretion, and service orientation.
  • Support employee relations and performance management processes, including documentation, investigations, and coordination of corrective actions and performance improvement plans (PIPs).

Let's Connect If You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR/People experience in global or fast-paced organizations; global experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and HR practices; demonstrated experience ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and collaborate effectively with legal counsel.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday), ATS, and case management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Bonus points for experience working in the EMEA region
