Job Description

In this remote role, you’ll support Walgreens' operational and customer service functions by handling data entry, communication tasks, and system updates from your home workspace. • Enter and manage customer, prescription, and health insurance information
• Respond to inquiries from internal teams and customers via secure messaging platforms

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
