Our team is growing, and we're looking for creative, bilingual professionals to help us expand our reach and impact. Position Overview: We are seeking a Bilingual Email Marketing Specialist fluent in Spanish and English with demonstrated experience using Klaviyo. This is a remote, part-time role with consistent hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing email marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and convert both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, write, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
- Develop and manage segmented lists for targeted communications
- Create A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize performance
- Translate and localize content for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences
- Ensure emails meet branding, quality, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members on campaign goals, timelines, and reporting
- Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions
