Part-Time Assistant (Marketing + Admin) – Remote – 15–20 hours/week We’re looking for a capable, reliable assistant to support our marketing agency with a mix of admin, content, and project tasks. You’ll help prepare client reports, manage email and calendars, run social media, onboard clients, and support with internal and client marketing projects (like newsletters, research, video content and advertising). Job requirements:

  • Have strong written English and attention to detail
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a professional setting
  • Confident managing varied tasks with minimal guidance
  • Comfortable doing online research and running social media campaigns
  • Have a genuine interest in marketing, media, or PR
  • Want a flexible remote role with responsibility and variety

Bonus if you have:

  • Social media experience (particularly Facebook, Instagram & YouTube)
  • Experience editing videos for YouTube
  • Familiarity with software like ClickUp, Slack, Canva, GoHighLevel and Adobe products

We're looking to take on more clients and also expand the range of services offered to our current ones.
