Oracle Technical Analyst

CTG is seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Analyst to support complex enterprise banking platforms in a remote contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a seasoned analyst with strong Oracle Banking, Oracle ERP Finance, and Agile delivery experience who can bridge business requirements and technical solutions. Location: RemoteDuration: 6 months with possible extension Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced system analysis across enterprise banking platforms to identify gaps, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities. Support Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance solutions, including lending workflows, loan disbursement processes, and financial integrations. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Lead solution discussions with business teams, architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders. Analyze complex systems, evaluate technical options, and recommend scalable solutions. Manage and support Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements clarification. Partner with TPOs/TPMs to maintain product backlogs, Azure DevOps dashboards, and application lifecycle management activities. Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve issues and ensure successful delivery. Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, operational controls, and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience with Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance platforms. 10+ years of experience working in Agile environments in an Analyst or similar role. Strong background in system analysis, requirements gathering, process optimization, and solution design. Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Strong understanding of banking finance processes, lending operations, and financial systems integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Zafin and/or Oracle Banking Retail Lending (OBRL). Oracle certification(s). SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or related Agile certifications. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $60.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
