Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant – 8+ Years | Travel Required

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, support, enhancement, configuration, testing, and business process improvement activities. The candidate should be able to work closely with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional solutions, support testing, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant for implementation, rollout, upgrade, support, and enhancement projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from supply chain and business stakeholders.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend suitable Oracle SCM solutions.
- Configure Oracle SCM modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Support end-to-end SCM business processes including procurement, inventory, order management, shipping, and manufacturing-related activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows, and integrations.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Work with business users to resolve functional issues and support day-to-day SCM operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Technical teams.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs, approximately 30–40% travel. All travel expenses will be covered by the company.
Preferred Skills / Experiences:
- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience in Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Shipping, Manufacturing, Costing, and Planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and best practices.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Experience working with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Good communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable with 30–40% travel, with all travel-related expenses paid by the company.
