Operations Coordinator/ Support (Part-Time, Hybrid) Operations Coordinator/ Support (Part-Time, Hybrid) We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedDealer Support & Operations Coordinatorto join our team on apart-time, hybrid basis. This role is critical in supporting our dealer network and internal operations by ensuring timely communication, accurate order processing, and organized inventory management. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Send order acknowledgments and invoices to key dealers.
- Provide order updates upon request to additional dealers and customers.
- Maintain and clean up opportunities in Salesforce and Hub Spot CRM.
- Prepare and send simple quotes for dealers.
- Travel to Test Kitchen (773 and 779) for inventory organization and restocking; drive time (up to 1 hour) is reimbursed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and improve customer satisfaction.
- As well as additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer support, operations, or dealer relations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Hub Spot or other CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have reliable transportation for occasional on-site tasks (mileage reimbursed).
- Part-time:
Approximately 15–25 hours per week, with flexibility.
- Hybrid:
Remote work with periodic in-person tasks at designated locations. Seniority level
