We're changing that. Areezo is building an AI-powered platform that helps investors discover opportunities, evaluate deals, and scale their portfolios from a single workspace. We've already built the foundation. Now we're looking for someone who wants to help build the company. Not as an employee. As a founding partner.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a growth-minded operator with real estate experience who wants to help create a category-defining company at the intersection of AI and property investing. You will work directly alongside the founder to build the systems, partnerships, and revenue engine that drive the next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who has invested in real estate, worked inside the industry, or helped scale a real estate business and wants a larger ownership opportunity. What You'll Be Responsible For Driving Market Expansion

• Identify and execute new growth opportunities
• Build acquisition channels for investors and industry professionals
• Develop strategic partnerships across the real estate ecosystem
• Help establish Areezo's market presence and brand

Building the Real Estate Network

• Expand relationships with agents, brokers, lenders, property managers, and service providers
• Create repeatable systems for sourcing opportunities and generating deal flow
• Gather market feedback to influence product development

Scaling Operations

• Design processes that allow the company to grow efficiently
• Implement CRM, automation, and AI-powered workflows
• Build internal operating systems across sales, onboarding, and customer success
• Recruit and manage early contractors and team members as the company grows

Helping Shape the Product

• Translate investor pain points into product opportunities
• Work closely with leadership on feature prioritization
• Ensure the platform solves real-world investing challenges
• Act as the voice of the customer inside the business

Strategic Leadership

• Participate in company-wide decision making
• Help define growth strategy and execution priorities
• Support fundraising preparation and investor conversations
• Contribute to long-term company vision and direction

Who You Are Ideal Background

• Experience in real estate investing, brokerage, lending, property management, or related industries
• Strong understanding of how investment properties are sourced, analyzed, and acquired
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments
