We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate based in the Czech Republic to support our projects hands-on. Your Responsibilities Set up and manage online surveys and dispatch invitations to panelists Monitor live projects and ensure their smooth progression and successful completion Evaluate project feasibility and assess sampling requirements Collaborate closely with operations and client teams across Europe Independently manage project plans, timelines, and priorities Communicate confidently with Czech clients and partners (knowledge of Slovak is fully sufficient) Your Profile University degree in a relevant field (e.g. sociology, statistics, business administration, economics, or a technical discipline) Excellent English skills (minimum C1 level) Czech or Slovak language skills (minimum C1 level) Strong attention to detail and a reliable, structured working style Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with SPSS is an advantage Team-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills First practical experience through internships, student jobs, or university projects is a plus You would You can We offer A full-time position in an international and growing company Flexible working hours and the possibility to work either remotely within the Czech Republic or in a hybrid setup from our Prague office Comprehensive onboarding and training in our tools and processes A young, friendly, and highly collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and long-term career growth Competitive salary starting from 38,000 CZK gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience About us The Swiss-based Tito & Friends holding group is an owner-managed group of companies employing some 200 people in 10 countries.
