Ohio Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
To support the Taussig Cancer Center, the full-time Ohio Licensed Clinical Pharmacist in Oncology Infusion will manage medication services for a high-volume oncology patient population, including order verification, provider collaboration, and oversight of sterile compounding and chemotherapy robotics, with a rotating day-shift schedule and weekend and holiday rotations. Key responsibilities Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered, evidence-based medication services Verify medication orders and dispense medications accurately according to regulations Document services accurately and contribute to medication safety initiatives Required qualifications PharmD or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and completion of a Board of Pharmacy approved course in immunization administration within 90 days of hire Experience in an IV/clean room environment is preferred Board Certification and completion of a Post-Graduate Year 1 Residency (PGY1) or relevant post-graduate pharmacy experience are preferred
