Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and at least 3 years of experience using CargoWise software. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient export of goods, maintaining compliance with international regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the export process from start to finish.
- Prepare and process export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Utilize CargoWise software to manage shipments, track inventory, and generate reports.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export shipments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all export activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.
- At least 3 years of experience using CargoWise software.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
