- You are highly experienced treating MALE and FEMALES Hormones
- You have your DEA in ARIZONA/UTAH
- You have your License in ARIZONA/UTAH
MultiGen Healthcare is a tele-medecine based provider to women & men for vitamin & hormonal imbalances. We operate with clients from all over the world and provide flexible, mobile and easy to work scenarios where you get paid by the clients you oversee.
- From hormone imbalances to vitamin deficiency you will provide services based on ordered blood work of the clients
- You will have a full Admin team supporting administration (Labs, medicine refills, appointments and patient communication)
