Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with significant earning potential. Loan processors make .25 points per funded loan which will land them at $20,000 to $150,000 in the first year, and annually. By year 5, full time top producers make $1M per year with no sign of slowing. Bi-lingual is a niche / plus. Like any high-income flex opportunity, it takes time and consistent effort to build momentum. If you're currently in a stable salaried position that you're happy with, this may not be the right fit.
