• Assist customers in understanding plan benefits, coverage details, and enrollment procedures with clear communication
• Negotiate plan selections tailored to individual health needs and financial situations
• Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, follow-up, and updating client records accurately
• Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend suitable Medicare plans and supplemental insurance options
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy during all interactions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that expand customer base and enhance service delivery Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer engagement
• Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
