Medical Office Specialist / Patient Care Coordinator (No Nights or Weekends)

Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake and rooming (check-in/check-out)
- Document patient visits in EMR
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Prepare patient charts and track lab results
- Coordinate with other medical offices
- Process medical records requests
- Travel to clinic locations with providers (mileage reimbursed)
- Support daily clinic operations as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a medical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with computers and EMR systems
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Nice-to-haves
- Coursework or certification in healthcare, communications, or customer service
