WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF Creation, launch, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Configuration of tracking systems such as Redtrack and Voluum In-depth implementation and management of Meta pixels Data processing and analysis using Google Sheets, incorporating complex formulas and additional tools Optimization of advertising content to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness Advanced interpretation of advertising campaign data, providing insights and strategies for future improvements. WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH Experience in Facebook media buying Experience in the Adult vertical Advanced configuration of tracking systems like Redtrack and Keitaro. Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniques Optimization of campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness not only for us but also our partners. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time and tasks independently. Proactive and attentive as well as teamwork and collaboration-oriented NICE TO HAVE Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Initiative and proactivity.
