Marketing & CRM Support
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Anywhere This is a remote position. A boutique organisational consulting and leadership transformation practice is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Marketing & CRM Support professional for around 5 hours per week initially, to assist with content creation and lead management. Key Responsibilities:
- Create, refine, and post high-quality content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Use AI tools effectively and responsibly to support content development
- Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot or similar), ensuring accurate lead and contact records
- Follow up telephonically with inbound leads in a professional and engaging manner
- Support basic marketing and business development activities
Requirements
- Excellent command of English with a strong understanding of grammar and tone
- Proven experience using a CRM system (HubSpot or similar)
- Confidence in using AI tools for content creation and optimisation
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to engage authentically with clients
- Genuine interest in organisational consulting, leadership, and transformation work
