About the Role
Navitas is looking for an ambitious and growth-oriented Marketing Automation Coordinator who is passionate about creating impactful customer journeys and driving engagement through innovative marketing strategies. In this role, you will play a key part in converting qualified leads into successful customers by delivering targeted, personalized, and data-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in customer journey mapping, lead nurturing, marketing automation, webinars, and campaign execution, along with a strong desire to continuously improve customer experiences. Working closely with our New Delhi team, you will help design and execute best-in-class nurturing programs that strengthen engagement, enhance conversion outcomes, and support the success of our university partners. Key Responsibilities: In consultation with the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and the Marketing Automation Manager, you will: Build, test, and launch engaging marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, and automated customer journeys. Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results. Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness and enhance customer engagement. Collaborate with stakeholders across the Navitas group to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives and support campaign requests. Drive lead nurturing and marketing automation activities across multiple channels to create seamless customer experiences and improve conversion outcomes Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer journey management. Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and email marketing best practices. Experience developing and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and make data-driven recommendations. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on continuous improvement and campaign performance. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferential Experience within the higher education sector or firsthand experience studying abroad. Proven experience delivering results-driven B2C and B2B demand generation and digital marketing campaigns. Certifications in Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation, or related disciplines. Experience working with Salesforce and/or marketing automation platforms.
