About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst who will take full ownership of our attribution system and become a key partner for our marketing team. In this role, you’ll build the 'single source of truth' for marketing effectiveness, helping the business grow faster through data-driven decisions. You will own the full analysis cycle for traffic sources and creatives, so your insights directly drive creative strategy and funnel scaling. This is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of data and creativity, where you don’t just report numbers — you solve complex 'data puzzles' and help decide which funnels scale and how the business earns. What We’re Looking For Core experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing or data analyst role. Deep understanding of mobile and web attribution: practical experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, etc.). Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets. Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau or Amplitude) to visualize complex data and build granular dashboards. Bonus points: Experience in subscription-based products (web and/or mobile).

What You Will Do

Take full ownership of our attribution systems: run deep audits of existing sources to troubleshoot bottlenecks; support and develop attribution models so all marketing channels are evaluated correctly. Turn marketing data into clear, actionable scaling decisions. Analyze traffic quality, channel performance, and unit economics. Identify growth opportunities and drive data-informed improvements.
