Manager, Field Operations, Southeast

Description:

• Lead a team of Market Associates and Market Managers to strengthen host relationships and deliver business performance goals.
• Set territory priorities and develop supply strategy plans across the full funnel of Stays supply.
• Assign resources and guide local strategies for supply optimization, acquisition, and host segmentation.
• Partner with Supply leadership, Country Managers, and other Airbnb teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Own business performance for the assigned territory, including revenue goals, supply acquisition targets, and supply KPIs.
• Optimize existing supply to better meet customer demand.
• Identify market barriers, shifts, and trends, and develop solutions to address them.
• Coach, develop, and performance manage team members.
• Share strategic initiatives and learnings across the broader organization.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant global operations experience, including at least 4+ years in a people management role.
• Demonstrated ability to grow, develop, and scale high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in the Southeast & Gulf territory.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners independently to support business goals.
• Ability to use data to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Experience influencing product, policy, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue.
• Ability to leverage tools to understand business performance.
• Strong experience managing through others and achieving results.
• Ability to confidently performance manage team members.
• Experience growing supply and working with community groups.
• Ability to organize, lead, and execute multiple assignments and action plans.
• Based in Florida or Georgia, United States; role is not eligible in listed excluded states.

• Base pay range of $160,000 to $200,000 USD.
