Assist in the coordination and management of healthcare services for Cigna members. Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn and understand the managed care industry. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and improve overall healthcare services. Communicate effectively with team members, healthcare providers, and members to ensure quality care and customer satisfaction. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in managed care. Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation of all activities. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in the managed care field. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with members and providers.
