Role Description This full-time remote role focuses on helping clients understand and select suitable life insurance and fixed annuity products aligned with their retirement and financial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with prospective and existing clients, assessing their needs, and recommending appropriate solutions from Amerity Financial’s portfolio. The specialist will conduct virtual meetings, provide clear explanations of policy features and annuity options, prepare customized proposals, and support clients through the application and underwriting process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up on leads, collaborating with internal teams, and staying current with industry regulations, product updates, and best practices. Consistent, professional communication and a client-centered approach are essential to support long-term relationships and promote financial confidence.
Qualifications
- Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of building relationships and meeting production goals.
- Solid understanding of Insurance products, including life insurance and fixed annuities, and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance concepts related to retirement planning, income strategies, and risk management.
- High-quality Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and attention to detail in client interactions.
- Relevant state insurance producer license (Life and Annuities) or ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and self-motivation to manage a structured schedule.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM software, and the ability to conduct professional virtual meetings.
- Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or retirement planning is preferred, but candidates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
