- 60% of billing collected (approximately $60–$80 per session)

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD)
- Minimum 1 year post-independent licensure
- Comfortable providing telehealth therapy sessions
- Ability to maintain approximately 20 billable sessions per week
