What You’ll Do
- Represent buyers, sellers, investors, and luxury clientele across Texas markets
- Build and grow your pipeline through networking, referrals, digital outreach, relationship-building, and personal branding
- Deliver a white-glove client experience from first conversation through closing
- Conduct private showings, open houses, property tours, and strategic consultations
- Develop expertise in luxury neighborhoods, new construction, pricing trends, and investment opportunities
- Advise clients on negotiation, pricing strategy, market timing, and positioning
- Build relationships with developers, builders, relocation partners, investors, and referral networks
- Maintain transaction compliance, CRM organization, and consistent communication
- Represent Maison Bezalel | Global Properties and The Sears Group with professionalism, sophistication, and integrity
Who You Are
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Professional, polished, and client-focused
- Comfortable generating business through networking, referrals, outreach, and digital platforms
- Familiar with HAR, MLS systems, CRM tools, and social media marketing
- Growth-minded and collaborative
- Luxury, relocation, investment, or new construction experience is a plus
