Work Environment

The successful candidate will work remotely while collaborating closely with our outpatient office team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health concerns of clients, ensuring accurate identification of their treatment needs.
  • Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique challenges and aspirations of each client, facilitating a clear path toward their recovery.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques and fostering an open, supportive atmosphere for clients to share their experiences.
  • Collaborate routinely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a cohesive, integrative approach to each client's care.
  • Provide education and support to clients' families when necessary, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will directly impact a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent doctoral degree in psychology (PsyD).
  • Possession of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in mental health counseling, complemented by specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities, is essential.
  • A strong understanding of evidence-based practices used for various mental health disorders, along with the ability to implement these strategies effectively.

Preferred Experience Candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling are preferred, particularly those who demonstrate expertise in working with specific populations or mental health conditions.
