Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Engage in collaborative team meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create an integrated care plan that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Provide education and support to clients’ family members, enhancing their understanding of the mental health process and encouraging their active involvement in recovery.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation reflects each client’s progress and treatment milestones.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
