Work Schedule:
- AEP/OEP (Oct–Mar): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Off-Season (Apr–Sep): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls only from interested clients—no cold calling
- Guide seniors through Medicare plan options and complete enrollments
- Deliver outstanding customer service with attention to compliance
- Work closely with team members to achieve shared performance goals
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Active Health Insurance License with Medicare sales authority (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated, professional, and coachable
- Experience with digital tools (e.g., SunFire, Medicare.gov, Slack, CRM systems) is a plus—but not required. We provide hands-on training!
Tech & Equipment Requirements:
- Own equipment: headset, ethernet connection, webcam
- Dual monitors highly recommended
- Comfortable using platforms such as SunFire, GoCo, Enroll Here, and carrier portals
- Tech expenses may be tax-deductible for 1099 contractors
