Licensed Insurance Producer (Remote | Commission Only)

• Develop insurance proposals, present coverage options, and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up.
• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, marketing efforts, and lead databases.
• Develop partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and other referral partners.
• Maintain and manage client and prospect activity using lead management systems/CRM.
• Provide exceptional service while identifying coverage needs and solutions for clients.
• Represent the agency professionally in the community and through networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
• Life insurance license (not required, but preferred).
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prospect, generate leads, and close business.
• Organized with the ability to multitask, follow through, and maintain client relationships.
• Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to grow professionally.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
