Licensed Insurance Agent - Medicare Call Center - (Temporary Position)

Who We Are PlanFit (MyPlanFit.com) is a Medicare insurance brokerage that helps the 65 million people across the United States navigate their Medicare options with confidence. Since 2011, we've helped individuals find coverage that fits their healthcare needs and budget, giving them peace of mind about their healthcare decisions. Temporary Position Details This is a temporary full-time position expected to run through December 7, 2026, supporting our Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) operations. Outstanding performers may be considered for a permanent, year-round full-time position at the conclusion of the temporary assignment. Permanent employees become eligible for our full benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement benefits. Your Compensation In addition to a competitive hourly wage of $22.50 per hour (approximately $45,000 annually), you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Bonus Structure

  • $25 per enrollment
  • Target of 2 enrollments per day = $50
  • $50 per day × 20 workdays per month = $1,000 per month
  • $1,000 per month = $12,000 per year

Target annual earnings: $57,000+ ($45,000 base pay plus $12,000 in bonuses) Your earning potential is uncapped, and you're paid the enrollment bonus even when helping a client enroll in a plan we do not represent. Your primary goal is to help people improve their healthcare coverage. Temporary Position Benefits This temporary position is not eligible for:

Employees who are offered and accept a permanent full-time position following the temporary assignment will become eligible for the company's standard benefits package. Employment Requirements All candidates must successfully complete:

  • A background check
  • Drug screening

Your Role As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you'll become a trusted Medicare expert, helping individuals across all 50 states evaluate their options and enroll in plans that best fit their needs and budget. Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Hold a valid Life and Health Insurance License (required)
  • Have previous experience working as a Medicare insurance agent
  • Be familiar with Medicare insurance processes and regulations
  • Have strong communication and customer service skills
  • Be committed to putting clients' needs first
