The position focuses on identifying and engaging qualified legal professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and compliance specialists across multiple practice areas. You will play a critical role in building strong candidate pipelines while partnering with recruiters who manage client relationships and hiring processes. What You'll Do:
- Source and identify qualified legal professionals using various tools, databases, and networks
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates for active and future roles
- Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit
- Maintain accurate candidate records using CRM systems
- Collaborate with recruiting partners to align on role requirements and sourcing strategies
