Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening to support attorneys in its Salt Lake City office. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm. Position may be fully remote for highly qualified candidates willing to work hours in the MST zone. Requirements: Familiarity with Utah State and Federal Rules preferred. Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery. Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is beneficial. Excellent analytical and written communication skills. Experience with insurance defense and commercial litigation is a must. The yearly salary range is between $48,000-$100,000. This position is open to all experience levels.
