Legal Consultant - Financial Services
We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within Financial Services to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore! Minimum Qualifications: Legal professional with 3-10(+) years PQE with a focus in financial services, regulatory compliance, and payments. Responsibilities: Advise on a broad spectrum of financial services regulations, support licensing and regulatory engagement Handle regulatory queries and provide legal advice on Singapore financial regulations including MAS guidelines, SFA, etc. Draft and review legal documentation including policies, contracts, disclosures Partner with internal teams (product, risk, compliance) to embed regulatory requirements into business operations Compensation, Benefits & Location: This role offers a range of competitive compensation and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits and paid time off.
