Legal Case Management Specialist / Executive Legal Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)

We are a growing California personal injury law firm seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Legal Case Management Specialist to become a key part of our team. This is more than just a job — I am looking for my right-hand person someone who wants to grow with the firm long-term and help build something great together. This position is ideal for someone located in South America or Latin America who is fluent in English, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients daily. Spanish fluency is a major plus. Position Type Full-Time Remote Position Approximately 30–40 hours per week Long-term opportunity with growth potential About the Role You will assist with managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement. You will work closely with me directly and help keep the firm organized, efficient, and client-focused. This is an important role within the firm. I am looking for someone proactive, reliable, sharp, and eager to grow professionally as the firm grows.

Responsibilities

Client intake and onboarding Communicating with clients by phone, text, and email Managing case files and deadlines Calendaring hearings, depositions, and appointments Drafting and organizing discovery Assisting with discovery responses and propounding discovery Property damage claim administration Scheduling medical treatment appointments Following up with insurance companies and medical providers Requesting records and bills Maintaining organized digital files and case management systems Assisting with general legal administrative tasks Requirements Prior legal case management or legal assistant experience preferred Personal injury experience is highly preferred Fluent English required (spoken and written) Spanish fluency is a strong plus Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Professional and dependable Comfortable speaking with clients and handling sensitive matters Ability to multitask and work independently Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable internet and workspace for remote work What I’m Looking For I am looking for someone who Wants stability and long-term growth Takes pride in their work Wants to become an important part of a growing law firm Is proactive and solutions-oriented Wants to grow professionally and financially over time Can eventually become a true leader within the team If you are highly motivated, organized, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing law firm, I’d love to hear from you.
