Get ready for a role that combines professionalism with a touch of flair! we are now considering applicants to join our Workers Compensation team. if you have at least three years of law firm experience in litigation, and want to work in the busy world of defense litigation, this may be for you! Responsibilities: Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents. Scheduling meetings, appointments, and court appearances. Manage e-filing duties quickly and efficiently. Handle client communications with poise and professionalism. Help maintain organized client files and records. Coordinate with third-party service providers, ensuring smooth collaboration. Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset. Become subject matter expert on all client quirks and preferences. Qualifications: 3+ years of related experience and/or training in Workers Compensation litigation; or equivalent combination of education and experience with litigation.
