• Onboarding & Mentorship Support new associates through the onboarding process, offering ongoing strategic support with access to structured leadership training and mentorship.
• Global Professional Collaboration Participate and contribute in live weekly leadership strategy sessions with an international network of experienced professionals.

• Experience: 7+ years of senior-level professional experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, leadership development, or people-focused roles.
