Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular). Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend solutions. Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews. Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and designers to define API requirements and ensure seamless integration. Champion best practices in frontend development, including testing, accessibility, performance optimization, and code quality. Establish and enforce coding standards and development workflows within the remote team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues across various browsers and devices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tooling. Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the distributed team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or mentoring role. Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a deep understanding of modern web standards. Proven experience with at least one major JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular). Strong knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite). Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design techniques. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a remote team and foster a positive collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, especially in documenting and explaining technical concepts.
