Laboratory Design Specialist (Remote)
Seeking an experienced CAD/Revit professional to support the design and visualization of laboratory environments and technical layouts for complex projects. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting cross-functional engineering and architectural teams. Details:

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field required
- 4+ years of recent experience with Revit and CAD-related software
- Experience creating 2D/3D construction plans, layouts, and renderings
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, drafting standards, and CAD file management
- Experience with lab design, BIM, Point Cloud, or Matterport technology is highly preferred
- Additional software experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, or similar visualization tools is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed laboratory layouts, phasing plans, and construction drawings
- Convert Point Cloud/BIM scans into usable design formats
- Create advanced 3D visualizations and renderings for technical environments
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to support project implementation
- Support multiple projects in a fast-paced design environment
