Junior Software Engineer (AI-Native Development Program) ROLE SNAPSHOT Pay: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 Location/Schedule: Remote (United States), Full-Time Purpose: Launch your software engineering career while contributing to meaningful technology initiatives through mentorship, hands-on development, and continuous learning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with experienced software engineers on internal technology initiatives. Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and services. Assist with integrations, automation initiatives, and process improvements. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Create and maintain software documentation and operational procedures. Learn modern development, testing, deployment, and security practices. Continuously expand technical capabilities through mentorship and hands-on experience. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS Foundational software development knowledge through education, self-study, coding bootcamps, military technology programs, personal projects, or professional experience. Demonstrated problem-solving ability. Strong curiosity and desire to learn. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts. Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with one or more modern programming languages.
