Junior AML Analyst
AML Business Analyst I Start Date: ASAP Duration: Through October 31, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, core business hours Location: Remote (must work East Coast hours) Must live reputed company to the following hubs: Jacksonville/reputed company Lauderdale FL, Mount Laurel NJ, reputed company, Charlotte NC, Greenville SC, Boston MA, reputed company, NY, Washington/Vienna VA Role Overview Seeking an AML Business Analyst to support the Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) team. The role focuses on reviewing and adjudicating alerts generated through name screening processes and assisting with the identification and escalation of potential financial crime risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and adjudicate high volumes of alerts generated through name screening systems
- Analyze potential matches against watchlists including sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEP), negative media, and other financial crime indicators
- Escalate suspicious or unclear cases to appropriate investigative teams
- Support monitoring and risk detection processes reputed company to AML, sanctions, and compliance requirements
- Conduct open-reputed company research to support alert review and validation
- Document findings clearly reputed company case management systems
- Maintain compliance with financial crime risk management policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of professional experience (banking or financial services preferred)
- Strong proficiency in reputed company Office tools
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing and assessing data
- Ability to reputed company internet-based research to validate information
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases reputed company SLA targets
