Requirements:
- 2+ years of prior sales or professional office experience, or an Associate's degree
- Solid computer skills and ability to multitask with ease
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
