JOB POSTING #2076 TITLE: Regional HR Business Partner INDUSTRY: Automotive LOCATION: This is a remote role, but the person must be based out of the Seattle, WA area COMPENSATION: $85-130k base RELOCATION: Local candidates only NEW ROLE! GROWING company is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to help them build out a more proactive HR Business Partner model – getting HR out in the field. SUMMARY: - Will provide the full range of HR support to 600+ employees in 50+ locations throughout WA, ID, and MT - Will be the front-line/main point of contact for all things HR for the region - Work closely with business leaders coaching and advising them on all things HR (i.e., talent management and engagement, employee relations, conflict resolution, etc.) - Hands-on, as well as strategic, role REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of broad and deep HR Business Partner/HR Generalist experience supporting employees in multiple locations - Strategic and hands-on mindset - Experience supporting multiple locations is required - Excellent at building relationships with employees at all levels - Self-starter with a creative/innovative mindset - Person will work out of their home and must be able to travel up 25-40% of the time overnight throughout WA, ID, and MT To apply, please visit: https://hrsearchpros.com/jobs OR CONTACT: Ralph Chapman Email: [email protected] Please reference the JOB POSTING # and the JOB TITLE in the subject line of your email.
