Job Overview We are looking for an experienced
Java Developer with AWS Cloud expertise
to provide ongoing technical job support for approximately
2–3 hours per day
. The ideal candidate should have
4–5 years of hands-on experience
in Java backend development, cloud-native applications, AWS services, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The role involves troubleshooting, development support, code reviews, cloud deployment assistance, and mentoring on real-world enterprise projects. This is a long-term remote engagement for professionals who can provide practical guidance and help resolve day-to-day project challenges.
Responsibilities
Java Application Development
- Provide support for Java-based enterprise applications.
- Assist in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Support Spring Boot application development and troubleshooting.
- Review code and recommend improvements following best practices.
Cloud & AWS Support
- Assist with AWS service integrations and deployments.
- Support cloud-native application development.
- Troubleshoot AWS infrastructure and application issues.
- Guide deployment, monitoring, and scalability improvements.
Microservices & System Design
- Support Microservices-based architecture implementation.
- Assist with service communication, fault tolerance, and resiliency.
- Help design scalable and maintainable backend solutions.
Performance & Troubleshooting
- Analyze and resolve production issues.
- Optimize application performance and resource utilization.
- Assist with debugging and root cause analysis.
DevOps & CI/CD
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance.
- Assist with Git workflows, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Guide containerization and deployment best practices.
Mentoring & Best Practices
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Help implement coding standards and software engineering best practices.
- Assist with project-related challenges and architecture discussions.
Mandatory Skills Must Have
- 4–5 years of hands-on Java development experience.
