- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
- Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in IT support or a related technical role.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred.
