The role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Supply Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient operational procurement processes across multiple IT categories. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, IT teams, and external vendors to support timely purchasing, invoice processing, and payment operations within our ERP environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment, has strong operational discipline, and wants to build expertise in IT procurement and supply operations. You’re welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam or remotely in Europe. Your responsibilities will include: Manage IT-related procurement requests and invoice processing within ERP/procurement systems. Ensure timely approvals, payment coordination, and accurate documentation. Monitor procurement tickets, payment statuses, and operational workflows to maintain service efficiency. Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and vendors to resolve operational issues and streamline processes. Support vendor onboarding and maintain procurement-related records and compliance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply operations. We expect you to have: 1+ year of experience in IT Operations, Procurement Operations, Supply Operations, or a related field. Hands-on experience with ERP or procurement management systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail and a structured, results-driven approach. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken. It will be an added bonus if you have: Experience working in a fast-paced tech or international environment. Familiarity with procurement workflows, vendor management, or invoice lifecycle processes. Interest in operational excellence and process optimization.
