Provides support for installations, troubleshoots local applications, and database issues. Assists Sr. Operations Engineers with designing and implementing new solutions. Assists in maintaining and updating documentation. Administers onsite and remote assistance. Participates in planning, daily meetings, and backlogs sessions. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
