The Role As the International Growth & Strategy Manager, you will be the strategic engine behind our global market expansion across 200+ countries. Your insights and playbooks will directly accelerate international revenue and defend Holafly's market leadership worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Design and own the global GTM strategy and market prioritization frameworks from scratch. Build analytical models for market sizing, resource allocation, and competitive intelligence. Define tailored entry strategies covering positioning, pricing, and channel mix for new regions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to drive localization and brand consistency. Lead strategic reviews with local teams to remove growth blockers and realign execution priorities. Present high-impact recommendations directly to senior leadership to guide global investment decisions. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in international expansion, GTM strategy, or top-tier strategy consulting. Proven track record launching and scaling digital consumer products across multiple global geographies. Advanced analytical skills with experience building bottom-up market sizing and prioritization models. Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence Product, Marketing, and local teams without direct authority. Full professional fluency in English.

Experience in the travel-tech, eSIM, or telecom sectors. Familiarity with industry data tools like IATA, Euromonitor, or Looker Studio.
