What You Bring: Provide expert mortgage advice and solutions to clients, achieving strong sales results. Proactively develop new business and client relationships. Maintain flexibility to meet clients at their convenience. Ability to work independently Essential Qualifications: Valid Quebec Mortgage Broker License (Mandatory). 2-5+ years of proven mortgage underwriting experience. Strong technological proficiency and using various software platforms. Excellent bilingual communication skills (French/English - Mandatory). Highly motivated, self- sufficient, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
