- Analyse, debug and resolve assigned incidents and problems.
- Conduct analysis for new business requirements
- Work with vendors and internal team members to design appropriate
solutions, leveraging Boomi as primary method for integration between applications.
- Develop and document technical and/or integration specifications.
- Document and maintain user interfaces with current systems
Work with vendors to develop and deliver commercially viable solutions.
- Develop internal solutions where agreed that there is no satisfactory
application that exists
- Conduct comprehensive testing/debugging and/or work with other team
members to ensure solutions contain no major issues.
- Plan deployments and execute implementation plans that minimise the
impact to the business.
- Ensure technical and support documentation is complete and current.
- Ensure test plans are documented to reflect current supported scenarios
Support integration for all existing applications
- Use appropriate IT processes and IT tools to manage IT work (i.e. Zendesk
for incident management and change request process)
- Review and contribute continuous improvement of application integrations
and operational processes and procedures ensuring cost, time, quality, security and supportability are balanced
- Version Control of software (e.g Git) and CICD concepts
- Effectively break down projects into deployable incrementsApply company
