Insurance Defense Attorney- Remote
Location: Fully Remote (Must be licensed in California) Experience Level: 2+ Years About the Role: Our clients are seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join a growing litigation team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a California-licensed attorney with at least 2 years of experience handling insurance defense matters. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cases from inception through resolution and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, and personal injury claims
- Manage all phases of litigation from initial case assessment through trial preparation and resolution
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and experts
Qualifications
- Active license and good standing with the State Bar of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and litigation practices
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a remote setting
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
